VyprVPN apps keep minimal, non-personally identifiable application logs that are stored locally on the client device. By storing logs locally, the user has the control of whether to send these logs to VyprVPN. These types of logs are useful for troubleshooting and investigation, but we’ll never collect this information without user consent.
Please rest assured that sending your VyprVPN logs in to support does not negate VyprVPN's status as a no log VPN. Your connection will remain fully private and secure, whether you provide application logs to support or not.
