The error "Invalid Username or Password" means that the correct credentials are not being used or that attempts to access the authentication servers are being blocked. To resolve this issue please attempt the following:
- Temporarily disable any active Antiviruses or Firewalls on the device effected and attempt to log in once more.
- Reset your password to a new 8-14 character password. To reset your Golden Frog password please visit our Forgot Password page
Please remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Also, make sure you select a password that you have not previously used on your account to ensure a successful password reset.
