As VyprVPN is a no logs VPN, you will need to agree to logging locally on your device by enabling the logs option under the Contact Support section of the Support tab within the VyprVPN app options. Next you will need to explicitly agree to send your application and log files to Support for troubleshooting purposes by following the instructions for your operating system below:
You will need to get the log files off the server instance you are connected to via SSH. In order to get these logs, you will need to SSH as `root` to your droplet/instance/server. SSH over port 22, not as the `admin` user over port 222 to the admin area of VyprVPN Server. Note: The username of `root` is pretty standard for all Linux servers, but AWS uses `ubuntu` instead of `root`
Access your VyprVPN Cloud Server instance and locate the file(s) at these paths:
/var/log/vyprvpn/openvpn-server-status.log
/var/log/vyprvpn/openvpn-server-status.log
/var/log/cloud-init-output.log
These logs will need to be added as an attachment to the support email when contacting support.
